CHASE PADGETT (Performer, Writer) Chase graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Music and has been a full time actor and musician ever since. He provided various roles at Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and the SAK Theatre in Orlando, FL as an actor, improviser and musician until his success with his solo career demanded focus full time. Chase also received instruction in improv from the world famous iO training center in Chicago. In 2014 he became the artist in residence at the Curious Comedy Theatre in Portland, OR. Just recently Chase performed in a sketch comedy showcase for the top executives at NBC, work shopped a new musical improv game show with Wayne Brady and finished filming his first role in a feature film. He currently lives in Portland, OR and will gladly talk your ear off about how awesome the food is there.
JAY HOPKINS (Director, Writer) has been directing, acting, writing and improvising professionally since 1988. He has a BFA in Acting and Directing from UNC-Greensboro. In 1992 he joined SAK Theatre in Orlando, FL and became a member of the Core Ensemble, a Creative Producer and the Head of Education for several years. In 2004 with his wife Diana, he formed Jester Theater where he has performed in or directed several shows over the company’s seven seasons, including A Tuna Christmas, Moonlight and Magnolias, Noises Off and the Southeast premiere of The Musical of Musicals: The Musical. In 2008, Samuel French, Inc. published his play The Iliad, The Odyssey and All of Greek Mythology in 99 minutes or less which is currently being performed all around the US. When not running his own theater, Jay freelances as a writer and performer for The Walt Disney Company, Universal Studios in Florida. Jay loves music but currently plays no instruments.
