Pardon Our Dust: the Gompertz Parking Lot is currently closed for
construction as it transforms into the new McGillicuddy Arts Plaza.

Evening Performances 

After 5:00 PM, complimentary parking is available for FST patrons on all levels of the ICORR and Chase Parking Garages from Tuesday through Friday, and all day on Saturday and Sunday. Additional parking is available in the Palm Avenue Parking Garage, located on the east side of Palm Avenue, which offers free parking for the first hour. On-street parking is also available throughout the downtown area.

Matinee Performances

Before 5:00 PM, the ICORR and Chase Parking Garages ARE NOT available to FST patrons. For these performances, we recommend parking in the Palm Avenue Parking Garage, located on the east side of Palm Avenue, that offers free parking for the first hour. On-street parking is also available throughout the downtown area.

Locations  

First Street Parking: Located on First Street past Cocoanut Ave heading towards Tamiami Trail. It is central to all FST theatres. It is paved and has parking for disabled persons available. Opens after 6 PM on weekdays and two hours before showtime on weekends. Free to FST Patrons.

Chase Bank Garage: Located on Palm Ave past Cocoanut heading towards Tamiami Trail. It is gated and requires an attendant to be present to swipe you in. Entrance to this lot is on Banana Ct. This lot is available Monday through Friday after 5pm, and on weekends. Free to FST Patrons.

iCorr Sarasota One Tower: Located on Palm Ave past Cocoanut heading towards Tamiami Trail. You can access multiple levels of parking by the ramp on Palm Ave. This garage is available Monday through Friday after 5pm, and on weekends. Free to FST Patrons.

Palm Avenue Parking Garage: Located at 1289 N Palm Ave, this garage offers parking for two hours complimentary, hour three is $3, and every hour after is an additional $1. 

Disabled Persons Parking

Disabled persons parking is reserved for patrons with a disabled person placard or license plate. Reserved parking can be found in the First Street parking lot across from FST’s Hegner Theatre Wing.

Disabled Persons Drop-Off Locations

Gompertz Theatre, Court Cabaret, and Bowne's Lab: Drop off along the corner of First Street and Cocoanut Avenue. 

Keating Theatre: Drop off along Cocoanut Avenue between First Street and Palm Avenue.

Goldstein Cabaret: Drop off in front of the Cabaret, along North Palm Avenue between Tamiami Trail and Cocoanut Avenue.
