The Actor's Workshop: Scene Study

Great scene work begins with genuine connection. Designed for actors who are ready to move beyond the basics, this introductory scene study class invites students to explore the art of bringing scripted relationships to life. Using the FST School Acting Methodology, participants will develop the tools to make authentic, courageous choices through focused script analysis, character exploration, and collaborative rehearsal. Emphasizing active listening, truthful moment-to-moment response, and purposeful action, students will discover how strong scene work is built through partnership, imagination, and presence.
