Everyone’s a suspect when the old lady living above Shear Madness salon is mysteriously “offed.” Join two police officers to piece together the clues behind this strange, scissor-stabbing homicide. Chock full of up-to-the minute spontaneous humor, Shear Madness has slayed the hearts of audiences around the world. Now it’s up to Sarasota audiences to outwit the suspects and catch the killer in this interactive comedy whodunit.

NICK CARUSO is thrilled to be back at FST in a new role after performing as Mikey Thomas in last year’s record-breaking production of Shear Madness. Nick also played Mikey in the Las Vegas premiere and most recently at the Charles Playhouse in Boston. Other favorite roles include Riff Raff in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Pseudolus in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum and John Adams in 1776.
JEREMY ELLISON-GLADSTONE: Off-Broadway: Gameshow, Out of the Blue, The Fantasticks (the Boy, final cast). Other NYC theater: Nerds, The Children, and most recently, It Shoulda Been You with Andrea Martin and Harriet Harris. Jeremy can be seen on TV in many silly commercials and on Showtime with Demetri Martin in the mockumentary Sales Coach. TIMOTHY C. GOODWIN is from Rochester, New York, where he worked with Geva Theatre Center’s Education Department. There he was also the Administrator of Geva Comedy Improv from 2004-2007. He most recently appeared as Duke Vincentio in The American Bard Theatre Company’s production of Measure for Measure. Credits include: Our Town (Geva), As You Like It (Snorks and Pins Productions), The Zoo Story (SUNY Brockport), and The Sunshine Boys (JCC Rochester). He has performed in five productions of Shear Madness, most recently in Boston, and currently teaches improv in the New York City area.
LISA MCMILLAN is delighted to be making her FST debut. Broadway credits include Moose Murders (with Eve Arden) and La Cage Aux Folles (dir. by Arthur Laurents). Numerous Off-Broadway and regional credits include Walnut Street Theatre (Barrymore Award, Carbonell Award nominee), Coconut Grove Playhouse Denver Center Theatre, Utah and Alabama Shakespeare Festivals, etc. Favorite leading roles include Mame, A Delicate Balance, Gypsy (with Rita Moreno), Suddenly Last Summer and Macbeth. Lisa has appeared in feature films, commercials and as a recurring role on ABC’s daytime The City. Directing credits include The Ordway Theatre and Galveston Musical Theatre. Graduate of the Julliard School.
