From Interstate 75:

Take I-75 to Exit 210 (formerly exit 39) at Fruitville Road.  Turn West on Fruitville Road (towards Downtown Sarasota).  Travel about 6 miles to Cocoanut Street.  Turn left, going south.  FST's campus is located 3 very short blocks from Fruitville Road and Cocoanut Street.

	The Keating Theatre is located the corner of Cocoanut and North Palm, in a white building with green trim.
	The Goldstein Cabaret is located just next door to the Keating Theatre on North Palm Avenue, in a gray building with red railings. Look for the red and white FST banner
	The Gompertz Theatre is located near the corner of Cocoanut and 1st Street, in a salmon colored building. It is currently being renovated. Please click here to follow the construction project.

Parking Options

Florida Studio Theatre patrons have a number of FREE parking options when coming to the theatre. This parking is secured by FST and open only to its patrons.

BB&T Bank Lot - Located at the corner of Palm Ave and Cocoanut Avenue. Opens 45 minutes prior to evening showtimes.

Gompertz Theatre Lot - Located next to the Gompertz Theatre on First Street.

FST Back Lot - Located behind the Mainstage building on First Street.

On-Street Parking - Available on First Street, Palm Avenue and Cocoanut Avenue.

Our box office is located at the corner of North Palm Avenue and Cocoanut in downtown Sarasota, Florida.
